Benefits for Colleges and Universities
SWI will install one safe for every student living in school-owned housing. SWI will supply the safes and install them at no cost to the school. We then rent the safes directly to the students for $90 per year. There is no obligation for any student to rent a safe and no obligation to the school for any unit that do not rent.
The school will keep 25% of each rental fee ($22.50).
